Forest City covers 100 percent of short-term disability insurance for all full-time associates and part-time associates scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week.  We offer a Consumer Direct Health Plan and we strive to maximize our associates’ autonomy when selecting their medical coverage. Our benefits program features competitive dental and vision plans, added voluntary benefits, and a Roth post-tax contribution option. In 2018, we increased our company 401(k) match so participants can receive up to a 4 percent match from Forest City. The match frequency was also increased and is now posted on a per-pay basis.  

We provide all associates access to a variety of financial planning and budgeting tools, through both our online portal and in-person workshops. Forest City associates can use these tools to gain a better understanding of the steps to take in planning for financial milestones such as retirement.
